The Actionable Intelligence and Mobilization Project (A.I.M.)

​The Actionable Intelligence and Mobilization Project otherwise known as A.I.M. is a model for Self Sufficiency, Early Crisis Intervention, Continued Education, Long-term and Permanent Affordable Housing.
A.I.M. is a projected 2 year project and hopes to serve 150 TAY, 150 Families and 50 Individuals a year. A.I.M. is projected to begin accepting Consumers by September 2013.
Our Primary Goal is to provide actionable intelligence to transitional age youths (TAY) between the ages of 16 and 24 years old. Providing child specific, accurate information, designed to help each child develop a more successful Independent Living Plan (I.L.P.) with a projected success rate of over 7 years. This New Model I.L.P. provides a secure foundation for all other life goals.

​How we help
One child and one family at a time we are making an impact on chronic homelessness and unemployment. We empower youths, families and individuals to grow economically, to successfully navigate crisis, to continue and improve their education and learn to navigate the housing market, learning how to locate long-term and permanent affordable housing solutions to end chronic homelessness. We help people of all creeds, religions, nationalities and sexual orientations successfully navigate a rapidly changing world.

Who we serve
We serve Transitional Age Youths (TAY) and young adults between the ages of 16-24 years of age, Families with children between the ages of 0-17 years and Adults ages 18 and older.
We serve disabled and non disabled populations within the Metro/L.A. County Service Area 4. Our site is located in California Congressional District 34.
We are a California State nonprofit corporation seeking 501(c) (3) status.

Here at Gordon Zanni, our commitment to Youths and Families never ends. We want our Consumers to be successful in the world so we're determined to foster independence and economic self sufficiency in the lives of our Consumers.
We're committed to having a positive impact on Youths, Families and Individuals within L.A. County. We hope to lead the way for other service providers, creating a new model for best practices, providing a safe haven for people in vulnerable situations.
